Winter is coming, and so is Shop the SLC!

Want to shop local for the upcoming holiday season?

Shop the SLC is back this year with over 60 vendors from the Ryerson community, all with unique handcrafted goods! Come check out the local talent from November 19th to the 23rd from 10:00am – 4:00pm.

 

We are gearing up to transform the Student Learning Centre’s Amphitheatre into Ryerson’s largest craft market AND new for this year the 6th floor will be featuring baked goods both sweet and savoury! Get ready to celebrate the coming winter season on the beach with a sweet treat.

Each year Shop the SLC brings Ryerson students, alumni, staff and faculty together to showcase their home grown talent and entrepreneurial spirit through a free marketplace experience.

Each day will feature new vendors and products as well as a chance to win a gift bag full of products from each vendor listed that day! With a wide variety of good, you’re guaranteed to find something you’ll love – whether it’s for you or for a loved one.

What does the Strategic Projects Liaison do?

My name is Carrie-Ann and I’m here to help you fill the Student Learning Centre (SLC) with pride and purpose beyond traditional study space.

As the Strategic Projects Liaison for the Office of the Provost and Vice President Academic, it’s my job to help students understand what the SLC is and what it will mean to their Ryerson learning experience.
