Shop the SLC is back this year with over 50 vendors from the Ryerson community, all with unique handcrafted goods! Come check out the local talent from November 25th to the 29th from 10:00am – 4:00pm.

The Team is buzzing with excitement as we get ready to transform the Student Learning Centre’s Amphitheatre into Ryerson’s largest craft market! Get ready to celebrate the coming winter season with music, treats, and finding that perfect gift for someone you love. Or show your self some love and celebrate all your hard work this year with a little gift to yourself.

Each year Shop the SLC brings Ryerson students, alumni, staff and faculty together to showcase their home grown talent and entrepreneurial spirit through a free marketplace experience.

Each day will feature new vendors and products as well as a chance to win a gift bag full of products from each vendor listed that day! With a wide variety of goods, you’re guaranteed to find that perfect something.

Taste of The SLC

The SLC is gearing up for a brand new event, Taste of the SLC: A Food Market running from April 4th-5th and we are inviting all makers, decorators, and bakers of food to apply as a food vendor!

Vendors should be prepared to have food items ready to sell. We will provide you with table space (varying sizes available) and encourage you to decorate the table in whatever way represents you best. We will be promoting the event, but encourage each vendor to market their participation through their own social media channels once we send official graphics for Taste of The SLC.

To grab guests’ attention we will be offering the chance to win discount coupons. Each vendor will provide a 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, and 50% coupon for a total of five discount coupons (that each apply to a maximum of one item) to be used at your booth. The SLC’s Food Market Team will be on site the day of to make sure this runs smoothly.

This will be a great opportunity to engage with SLC guests and the Ryerson community in a high traffic area.

Please fill out this form to apply for your free vendor booth today!

Application deadline is extended to March 15th. You will hear back from us by March 19th.

We are so excited to showcase the diverse talent, creativity, and enthusiasm of the Ryerson community!
